monthly workshops
Monthly workshops are the last Saturday of each month September - April (except October, which is 4th Saturday of the month). Some workshops have supply fees. *

SEPTEMBER 26, 2026 - 1PM - 3PM
INSTRUCTOR - SALLY SHINN
PAINTED METAL - TABLE DECORATION CENTERPIECE OR WALL HANGING WITH SMALL BATTERY CANDLE INCLUDED.
Participants will create metal centerpiece or wall hanging out of pre-coated aluminum flashing. They will cut and paint project (some flower patterns available), as well as spray seal it. Examples of advanced metal projects will be on display.
Supply Fee - $6.00
OCTOBER 24, 2026 - 10AM - 12PM
INSTRUCTOR - JAN BRYANT
WATERCOLOR TECHNIQUES FOR TEXTURE
Participants will work with various additives to enhance their watercolor skills in texturing. Additives include: salt, sand, rice, sponges, and masking.
Supply Fee - $15.00
NOVEMBER 28, 2026 - 1PM - 3PM
INSTRUCTOR - PEGGY NOLAN
BASIC LINOLEUM BLOCK PRINTMAKING
Participants will draw a design, transfer it to linoleum block, carve the design, and print it onto cardstock.
Supply Fee - $15.00 - includes a linoleum cutter/carver with 5 blades that you will take with you!)
(At the end of class you will have the opportunity to purchase (make a scholarship donation) additional linoleum blocks, brayers, some ink that were donated to CBAA.)
